CO-OWNER, HORTICULTURALIST
Luis grew up 5 minutes from a tequila factory in Jalisco, MX where he continues to cultivate tequilana and espadin agaves to this day. He brings decades of horticultural expertise to the team along with a deep appreciation for permaculture and regenerative practices.

Jordie Ricigliano
CO-OWNER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Jordie is trained as a sommelier (dipWSET) and applies her deep knowledge of terroir and tasting profiles to her passion of agave spirits. Her focus is on understanding unique site characteristics and market trends to cultivate premium spirits with a uniquely Californian expression.
